By accessing or using any website, software, or service provided by SIA CloudPuter ("CloudPuter", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including our open-source software products Corelamo and Cactus, our documentation, and our websites.

Our software is provided primarily under open-source licenses. The specific license terms for each product are contained in the respective source code repositories. These Terms govern your use of our websites, documentation, and any hosted or commercial services we may offer.
Our open-source software is licensed under the BSD License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the terms of that license.
The CloudPuter name, logos, trademarks, and website content (excluding open-source code) are the property of SIA CloudPuter and may not be used without our prior written permission.
By contributing to our projects you agree that your contributions may be incorporated into our codebase and distributed under the same open-source license.

Our services and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the services will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components. You use our software and services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIA CloudPuter and its officers, directors, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our services or software.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
